Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmissions kept me informed on what was going on, how long it was going to take, and the estimated cost. They worked on something to do with the starter--and that was my second time using them for my 2008 Ford Escape; the first time I went there was for an oil change. My car is great, and I thought Car Care Clinic's cost was comparable to anyone else. What impressed me the most was their staff who was very kind and cheerful. They let me know what was going on and kept me informed. Tyler and Mac in the shop and the front office kept me up to date on when to expect the parts. It was taking a long time to get parts because of the weather, and other people were also saying that.

I am very happy with my rebuilt transmission my van has never ran so good as it does now.also my van was still clean when I got it back.No grease on the steering wheel or seats Thank You for that.

As usual, when I had a problem with my 2000 Mercury, Dave and Charles rose to the challenge to find out what the problem was and what was needed to fix the problems. This time around, I knew the main problem was with the front end hub assembly thingy and finally broke down to get that fixed. Right before the car went in, the car developed a running issue and Dave and Charles discovered that it had a "dead" coil which they fixed and finally, when they had those problems fixed, they discovered something that had been fixed a couple of years ago had become a problem and fixed that problem as well. These men know their stuff and they go the "extra" mile to provide me with great customer service each and every time.
